- The seller undertakes to offer, at his own expense, the Intégri-T warranty to the buyer. The Intégri-T warranty protects the buyer at
in the event of the discovery of hidden defects, and provides coverage of up to $50,000 for a period of 3 years
following the signing of the deed of sale.
To make the warranty effective, the buyer must provide Integri-T with a recent pre-purchase inspection report
from a building inspector belonging to a recognized association, so that Integri-T
can decide whether the building qualifies.
By signing the Promise to Purchase, the buyer declares that he has read the warranty text and accepts its
provisions, conditions and limitations.
The present sale is made with the legal warranty of quality, which is however limited to the period of
coverage of the 3-year Intégri-T warranty. At the end of the 3-year period from the signing of the deed of sale, the
sale will be deemed to have been made without any legal warranty of quality, at the buyer's risk.
