This lake offers beautiful scenery and is highly sought after for its natural beauty.
It is a headwater lake. Only two small lakes, Lac Clair and Lac des Pins, flow into Lac Vert. No one lives upstream and there are no commercial or industrial operations.
The lake is approximately 4 kilometers long and shaped like a banana, with an estimated shoreline of about 11 kilometers. The depth at the center is believed to reach approximately 200 meters.
At the southern end of the lake, directly across, there is a wild and untouched area featuring caves, picnic spots, and a cliff where people can safely jump into the water.
Still facing south, slightly to the left, there is a waterfall and a trail leading to it.
Looking south again, diagonally to the right, part of the land belongs to the Papineau-Labelle Wildlife Reserve, meaning no construction will ever be allowed in that area.
A lake association actively works to maintain the health and quality of the lake.
The water clarity is exceptional. Visibility exceeds 10 feet deep, which is rare nowadays.

***ACTIVITIES***

The lake is peaceful and quiet.
There are very few motorboats on the lake.
Fishing is excellent, with both bass and trout available.
In winter, many activities are possible:

*Snowmobiling
*ATV riding

Some people even play golf on the lake when the ice is thick enough.

A golf course is located about 20 minutes away.

There is only one right-of-way on the property. It is not a road. The red-roof chalet located in the lower right area has this right-of-way. The owner and their visitors may pass through but are not allowed to park. No one else has access or right-of-way.

The boat launch is private and does not belong to the property. It is shared by several cottage owners around the lake. Most use it only twice per year:
