From the inside to the outside:
- Finish, Forence in 2x4, isolofoam of 1/2 '', insulating wool 6 '', frame 2x6, come 1/2 '', isoclad 1 '', forence 1x3 and coating of stained pine plank.
- All openings have been changed (doors and windows) between 2011 and 2012.
- Plumbing, electricity and propane have all been replaced.
- The existing ceilings were at 10 'we lowered them to about 9': tentest 1/2, forence 1x3 and isolofoam 1/2.
- In the attic: the wool was changed to 90% then we blown insulating wool.
In 2012-2013
-A foundation has been made in the living room and guest bedroom portion.
- Inside the house everything has been renewed:
- Walls, ceiling, floors, cabinets, vanities, toilets, sinks, bath, showers.
- A tyvec was installed in the crawl space and then we squirted urethane.
2014-2015:
- The septic pipe that goes to the tank has been changed, insulated with foam and backfilled with suitable material.
- The patio on the lake side has been redone with cedar.
- Possibility to change the zoning to commercial
