BUYERS AGED 65 OR OVER YOU CAN TAKE OVER THE APARTMENTS for yourself OR for your mother, father, brother, or sister aged 65 or over!
And when you live in one of the apartments, you can take over the other apartment for your father, mother, brother, or sister under the age of 65.

THE LAW:
The tenants are over 65, has lived in the dwelling for more than 10 years, and has a low income, so the law allows them to remain in the dwelling UNLESS:

the new owner is themselves aged 65 or over and wishes to live in the dwelling in question;

the beneficiary of the new owner (father, mother, brother, or sister) who wants to take over the dwelling is 65 years of age or older;

the new owner is 65 years of age or older and wishes to house a beneficiary under the age of 65 in the same building that he or she occupies.
