LEASE TRANSFER & CONDITIONS

All applicants must complete Brigil's standard screening process and receive management approval as part of the lease transfer.

Pets are permitted, subject to the building's regulations and Brigil's approval.

Occupancy is scheduled for September 1. An earlier possession date may be possible upon discussion.

PARKING & STORAGE

An indoor parking space and a storage locker may be available for an additional fee. They are not included in the monthly rent.
