plan. The two additional spaces may be used as home offices, study areas, reading rooms, storage areas, or adapted to suit the occupants' needs.

The unit is equipped with a dishwasher, stove and oven, range hood, in-suite washer and dryer. Several areas of the unit, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, and one of the two multipurpose spaces, have individual heating controls. The living room is equipped with an individually controlled wall-mounted air-conditioning unit with remote control. All windows are fitted with roller blinds.

The rent includes water, high-speed Internet, and cable television service. Electricity is additional.

The current lease includes one indoor parking space at an additional cost of $150 per month, which will be transferred with the lease. A storage locker may be available for $25 per month, subject to availability and confirmation by Brigil.

Electric vehicle charging stations are located both indoors and outdoors. There is no additional fee for their use; however, space availability must be confirmed with Brigil.

confirmation by Brigil.

Officially available September 1, 2026. As an early move-in incentive, the successful assignee may take possession as early as August 16, 2026, with no additional rent payable before September 1, subject to completion of the lease assignment and Brigil's applicable procedures.
